Consent to Personal Data Processing

1. How Consent Is Given

By intentionally selecting an unchecked personal-data consent box that links to this document and submitting the corresponding form, I freely, specifically, informedly, consciously, and unambiguously consent to the processing described below.

This consent is separate from the public offer, terms of service, cookie choice, and advertising consent. Accepting the offer or registering without this separate action is not treated as consent.

2. Controller

3. Purposes

The specific purposes are limited by the form in which I give consent and may include:

• handling an application, order, brief, feedback, or support request and contacting me about it;
• creating and maintaining an account, if the form is used for registration;
• providing the requested service, preparing an offer, and concluding or performing a contract;
• saving and proving my choice and responding to personal-data requests;
• security, abuse prevention, and investigation of incidents related to my request.

This consent does not cover advertising. Advertising requires a separate optional consent.

4. Personal Data

Depending on the fields I complete, the Controller may process only the data I provide and technical evidence of the submission:

• name, username, email, phone number, Telegram identifier or username, company and role;
• preferred contact channel, website, selected service, message, brief answers and attached files;
• account, project, check, monitoring, payment or integration details needed for the request;
• date and time, consent version, choice, source, protected contact identifiers, and withdrawal status.

I will not submit special-category or biometric data, secrets, or unrelated third-party personal data. If I submit another person’s data, I confirm that I am authorized and have a lawful basis.

5. Operations and Method

I consent to collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification, retrieval, use, transfer to an authorized processor, access where necessary, blocking, deletion, and destruction by automated or mixed processing, including transmission over the Internet.

This is not consent to make my personal data publicly available. Publication requires a separate deliberate action and, where required by law, separate consent.

6. Processors and Transfers

The Controller may engage Russian hosting, database, backup, email, and communication providers under confidentiality and security obligations. Payment data may be provided to YooKassa when the request concerns payment. If my selected action requires it, minimum necessary data may also be sent to Google APIs, Telegram, OpenAI, Replicate, Nano Banana API, PixelAPI, or SerpAPI for the integration, communication, search analysis, AI, image, audio, or content-processing function described in the interface.

Personal data of Russian citizens is first collected and stored using databases in Russia. When a selected action uses a foreign provider named above, the necessary data may then be transferred across borders. Before that transfer the Controller must have the applicable legal basis, comply with Article 12 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ, submit the separate Roskomnadzor notification required by that Article, and observe any imposed prohibition or restriction. This consent and its publication do not confirm that a notification has already been filed. A different foreign provider or purpose requires a separate legal basis and, where consent is required, a new specific consent.

7. Term and Withdrawal

Consent remains valid until the stated purpose is achieved or I withdraw it. Application, brief, and support materials are retained until handling is completed and for 1 year afterwards; an unresolved submission is retained for no longer than 3 years. Other periods required by law or a contract are described in the Personal Data Processing Policy.

I may withdraw consent by emailing info@rechecker.ru with information sufficient to identify me and the relevant request. The Controller stops consent-based processing and destroys the data within 30 days unless another lawful basis requires continued processing.
