Refund Policy

1. General Provisions

This policy defines refund conditions for purchased tokens in reChecker (rechecker.ru). Tokens are digital content (access to service functions) under Article 779 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and Article 26.1 of the Consumer Rights Protection Law.

2. Used Tokens

Tokens spent on checks, AI generation, or monitoring are treated as provided service and are non-refundable. Token usage is recorded at the moment of operation execution.

3. Unused Tokens

Refund is possible for unused tokens if all conditions are met:

  • The Customer submitted a refund request by email.
  • Tokens from the purchase were not used in full or in part.
  • No more than 14 calendar days passed since payment.

4. Refund Procedure

  1. Send a request to qamos@bk.ru with the subject "Token Refund" and include account email, purchase date, and amount.
  2. The Service Provider reviews the request within 3 business days and sends confirmation or a reasoned refusal.
  3. If approved, refund is sent to the original bank card within 7 business days.

5. Grounds for Refusal

  • Violation of the public offer.
  • At least one token from the package has been used.
  • More than 14 days passed since payment.

6. Technical Failures

If a token was charged but no result was delivered due to a confirmed technical failure, the token will be restored or refunded. Contact qamos@bk.ru with details of the incident.
