Consent to Marketing Communications

1. Voluntary Choice

By intentionally selecting an unchecked marketing box that links to this document, I give prior consent to receive reChecker advertising through the channel specified in that form.

This choice is optional. Refusal or withdrawal does not affect registration, purchased services, support, price, or service quality. The consent is separate from the public offer, personal-data consent, and cookie choice.

2. Advertiser and Controller

3. Communications and Channels

Communications may include information about reChecker features, tools, subscriptions, discounts, promotions, educational materials, events, and individual product recommendations.

Consent applies only to channels explicitly named next to the checkbox: email, SMS or phone calls, Telegram, or another messenger. Providing an email or phone for account, payment, or support purposes does not by itself authorize advertising through that channel.

Transactional and security messages necessary to provide the service are sent under the contract or law and are not governed by this marketing consent. They must not disguise advertising.

4. Personal Data Used for Marketing

For this purpose the Controller may process only: name, email, phone number or messenger identifier selected for advertising; language; broad service interests and prior use of reChecker; consent channel, source, version, date and time; delivery, opening, click, unsubscribe, and suppression status.

Operations include collection, recording, storage, clarification, use, selection of an audience, sending through an authorized communications provider, recording results, blocking, deletion, and destruction by automated or mixed processing.

5. Delivery Providers and Transfers

The Controller may entrust the minimum necessary contact data to a Russian email, telephony, or messaging delivery provider subject to confidentiality and security obligations. Data is not provided to unrelated advertisers and consent does not cover advertising by third parties.

If I select Telegram or another foreign delivery channel explicitly named next to the checkbox, the minimum necessary contact, message, and delivery-status data may be transferred across borders through that provider. Personal data of Russian citizens is first collected and stored using databases in Russia. Before the transfer, the Controller must have this separate advertising consent and any other applicable legal basis, comply with Article 12 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ, submit the separate Roskomnadzor notification required by that Article, and observe any imposed prohibition or restriction. This consent and its publication do not confirm that a notification has already been filed; an unnamed foreign provider requires a new specific consent.

6. Confirmation, Term and Withdrawal

The Controller records the consent text version, channel, source, timestamp, and technical confirmation. Where an address must be verified, advertising begins only after the confirmation link or code is used.

Consent is valid until withdrawal, but no longer than 3 years without renewed confirmation. It may be withdrawn at any time through the unsubscribe link in an email, notification settings in the account, a stop command offered in a messenger, or an email to info@rechecker.ru.

Advertising to the relevant channel stops immediately after the request is received or the automated unsubscribe is completed. For 3 years after withdrawal, the Controller may retain a minimized suppression record—contact or its protected hash, channel, withdrawal date, and consent version—to prevent future accidental sends and prove compliance.
