Public Offer

1. Parties

Customer: any individual who accepts this offer.

2. Subject of the Offer

The Service Provider grants the Customer access to reChecker functions through one-time balance payments or a recurring subscription. The ruble balance is used for:

• Website checks (SEO and technical audits, meta-tag analysis, etc.)
• AI tools (meta-tag generation, Schema.org, copywriting, rewriting, etc.)
• Monitoring services (Uptime, SSL, SEO monitoring)

Prices for one-time services and subscription terms are published at rechecker.ru/pricing.

3. Acceptance

The offer is accepted by clicking the payment button for a balance top-up or subscription after reviewing the displayed terms. From that moment the agreement is considered concluded.

4. Price and Payment

Token package prices and the allowed range for a custom top-up are listed on rechecker.ru/pricing. Payment is made in Russian rubles via YooKassa (NKO YUMani LLC, Bank of Russia license No. 3510-K) by card or other available payment methods.

5. Service Provision

Tokens are credited to the Customer account automatically within a few minutes after payment confirmation. Tokens have no expiration date.

5.1. Recurring subscription

The monthly prices for the Control Site subscription are: 1 website — RUB 990, 2 websites — RUB 1,890, 3 websites — RUB 2,790, 4 websites — RUB 3,640, 5 websites — RUB 4,490. Annual billing equals ten monthly payments: 1 website — RUB 9,900, 2 websites — RUB 18,900, 3 websites — RUB 27,900, 4 websites — RUB 36,400, 5 websites — RUB 44,900, and renews yearly; monthly billing renews monthly. When another website is added during a paid period, the exact prorated charge and the next recurring amount are displayed before confirmation. Up to 5 websites may be connected through self-service.

The Customer may disable automatic renewal, schedule removal of an individual website, or detach the payment method in the personal account at any time. A removed website remains covered until the end of the paid period, and the lower renewal amount applies from the next period. If renewal is disabled, no new charge is made and paid access remains available until the end of the current period. If a renewal payment fails, the subscription is not renewed. Any other price change applies only after prior notice.

6. Refunds

Refund policy is available at rechecker.ru/en/legal/refund.

7. Liability

The Service Provider is not liable for temporary service unavailability due to technical maintenance or force majeure. If service is unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours, the Customer may request a refund for unused tokens.

8. Personal Data

By accepting this offer, the Customer consents to personal data processing in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law

This offer is governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. Disputes are resolved through pre-trial negotiations, and if unresolved, in court at the Service Provider location (Lipetsk).
