Public Offer

1. Parties

Customer: any individual who accepts this offer.

2. Subject of the Offer

The Service Provider grants the Customer access to reChecker functions via tokens. Tokens are used for:

• Website checks (SEO and technical audits, meta-tag analysis, etc.)
• AI tools (meta-tag generation, Schema.org, copywriting, rewriting, etc.)
• Monitoring services (Uptime, SSL, SEO monitoring)

Token pricing for each service is published at rechecker.ru/tokens.

3. Acceptance

Acceptance of the offer is made by clicking the payment button on the token purchase page. From that moment the agreement is considered concluded under these terms.

4. Price and Payment

Token package prices are listed on rechecker.ru/tokens. Payment is made in Russian rubles via YooKassa (NKO YUMani LLC, Bank of Russia license No. 3510-K) by card or other available payment methods.

5. Service Provision

Tokens are credited to the Customer account automatically within a few minutes after payment confirmation. Tokens have no expiration date.

6. Refunds

Refund policy is available at rechecker.ru/en/legal/refund.

7. Liability

The Service Provider is not liable for temporary service unavailability due to technical maintenance or force majeure. If service is unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours, the Customer may request a refund for unused tokens.

8. Personal Data

By accepting this offer, the Customer consents to personal data processing in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law

This offer is governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. Disputes are resolved through pre-trial negotiations, and if unresolved, in court at the Service Provider location (Lipetsk).
