Customer: any individual who accepts this offer.
The Service Provider grants the Customer access to reChecker functions through one-time balance payments or a recurring subscription. The ruble balance is used for:

The offer is accepted by clicking the payment button for a balance top-up or subscription after reviewing the displayed terms. From that moment the agreement is considered concluded.
Package prices and the allowed range for a custom top-up are listed on rechecker.ru/pricing. Card payments are charged in Russian rubles via YooKassa (NKO YUMani LLC, Bank of Russia license No. 3510-K) using the methods available at checkout. Account credit is recorded in Russian rubles and can also pay for a subscription for a fixed term without automatic charges.
When crypto payment through Trybit is available, new invoices are denominated in USD. The RUB price is converted using the official Central Bank of Russia USD rate, checked daily, with a 5% allowance for exchange-rate changes. The USD amount and its validity period are shown before the invoice is created. Trybit processing and transfer fees are paid by the customer and shown before payment; the customer’s wallet may charge a separate network fee. The selected RUB amount is credited after payment is confirmed.
Tokens are credited to the Customer account automatically within a few minutes after payment confirmation. Tokens have no expiration date.
New packages are billed monthly: «Control»: 1 website — RUB 390, 5 websites — RUB 990, 20 websites — RUB 1990; «Control + SEO»: 1 website — RUB 790, 5 websites — RUB 1990, 20 websites — RUB 3990. Each package covers up to 1, 5 or 20 simultaneously connected websites. Both tiers include technical monitoring, daily audits, manual local tools and branded reports. Search positions and AI answers are included only in Control + SEO, within the shared account allowance for the paid period. The selected package, current payment and next recurring amount are shown before confirmation.
In a new paid package, the owner may explicitly disconnect a website immediately: automated checks stop and its slot becomes available immediately. History remains subject to retention. Disconnecting does not refund the payment, reduce the package price, reset usage or add an external allowance. At most the package site limit may be disconnected in any rolling 24 hours; the account shows remaining operations and the next available time. Previously scheduled end-of-period removals remain scheduled unless the owner explicitly chooses immediate disconnection or cancels the scheduled action.
Previously purchased subscriptions without a new package retain their agreed terms, including RUB 990/month for one website and annual contracts. Their monthly prices are: 1 website — RUB 990, 2 websites — RUB 1,890, 3 websites — RUB 2,790, 4 websites — RUB 3,640, 5 websites — RUB 4,490. Annual billing equals ten monthly payments: 1 website — RUB 9,900, 2 websites — RUB 18,900, 3 websites — RUB 27,900, 4 websites — RUB 36,400, 5 websites — RUB 44,900, and renews yearly; monthly billing renews monthly. When another website is added during a paid period, the exact prorated charge and the next recurring amount are displayed before confirmation. Up to 5 websites may be connected through self-service.
The Customer may disable automatic renewal, schedule removal of an individual website, or detach the payment method in the personal account at any time. A website scheduled for end-of-period removal remains covered until that date. A lower renewal amount applies only to legacy per-site contracts; removing a website from a new package does not change its price. If renewal is disabled, no new charge is made and paid access remains available until the end of the current period. If a renewal payment fails, the subscription is not renewed. Any other price change applies only after prior notice.
A seven-day trial of the selected Control or Control + SEO package is available once per eligible account with no previous paid subscription, for one website with monthly billing. Eligibility is checked by the Service. The Customer gives separate consent to saving the payment method and recurring charges. YooKassa charges 1 RUB to verify the card, and the Service Provider automatically refunds it. Bank processing times vary. The trial starts after the saved card and successful refund are confirmed.
The trial costs 0 RUB. After seven days, the selected package price is charged for the first month and then monthly: 390 RUB for Control or 790 RUB for Control + SEO, as confirmed before card verification. The exact trial end date and time are shown in the account after activation. The first charge is made no earlier than that point. Cancellation or detaching the card before the first charge prevents that and future charges; trial access remains until its end. Trials already activated or reserved without a package retain their agreed renewal price of 990 RUB per month. Existing contracts are not repriced automatically. Administrator-granted trial access has separate terms and does not require a card.
A signed-in user may recheck supported findings in an accessible saved report. A free account includes 10 attempts per calendar day. Active paid Control and Control + SEO subscriptions, including legacy paid access, and the active card-verified trial include 100 attempts per day. This allowance is the same for packages covering 1, 5 or 20 websites. Administrator-granted test access alone does not provide the higher allowance. Pages of a completed one-off full audit paid from the balance also receive the higher allowance for 30 days after completion.
The daily counter is per user who starts the check and is shared across that user’s reports and websites. It resets at 00:00 Moscow time; unused attempts do not carry over. A started attempt counts even if the page cannot be loaded or the check fails. Requests rejected before a check starts do not use an attempt. Only one check may run per user at a time, and the same check module in the same report can be run again after one minute. Rechecks do not debit the balance or the full-audit allowance. Their daily limit is separate from unlimited runs of included manual local tools and audits.
The check uses fresh HTML and HTTP headers without executing page JavaScript. One selected check may update several related report rows. It does not recrawl the entire website or rerun performance and other unsupported checks. A confirmed result updates the finding in the open report with its own timestamp; a loading failure does not mark an issue as fixed. The original audit date, overall score and PDF remain unchanged. Recheck results are retained for 90 days, after which the original finding is displayed again. Run a new audit when an updated overall assessment or PDF is needed.

The Service Provider is not liable for temporary service unavailability due to technical maintenance or force majeure. If service is unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours, the Customer may request a refund for unused tokens.
Personal data necessary to conclude and perform the agreement is processed on the contractual and statutory grounds described in the Personal Data Processing Policy.
Acceptance of this offer is not consent to personal data processing or advertising. Where consent is the applicable legal basis, the Customer gives it by a separate action after reviewing the separate consent document.
This offer is governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. Disputes are resolved through pre-trial negotiations, and if unresolved, in court at the Service Provider location (Lipetsk).
