How to read the report
These are sample responses for learning, not results from checking a specific site. Compare the code, redirect chain, and final URL with the page’s intended purpose.
The HTTP request completed, but the content still needs to be checked. Code 200 may lead to an error page, a placeholder, or an irrelevant section. Check the title and open the URL.
With redirects enabled, the original URL returned 301, and the tracked redirect ended with a 200 response. Check that the final page matches the old one, and remove any unnecessary intermediate steps.
Check the URL for typos, internal links, and the sitemap. If the page has moved and there’s a suitable replacement, set up a permanent redirect; if it was deleted with no replacement, a 404 response may be expected.
A timeout or network error is not the same as code 404. Read the explanation, check whether the server is available, and retry the request. If a redirect is marked as untracked, the target page’s response has not been confirmed.
