Checking HTML for errors according to W3C
W3C Validator checks the markup: tags, attributes, and the structure of the HTML document. The report includes an error message, line number, and code snippet, if provided by the validator. Having no HTML errors does not guarantee speed, accessibility, or high search rankings.
