Base64 encoding/decoding
Base64 меняет представление данных. Это кодирование, а не шифрование.
Encoding helps transmit binary data as text.
Base64 appears in MIME attachments, Data URLs, and API responses. The standard alphabet contains Latin letters, digits, “+”, and “/”; “=” pads the string.
The data becomes about a third longer. Base64 doesn’t hide the contents: anyone can decode the string without a key.
Base64 is a way to encode binary data as text using 64 characters (A–Z, a–z, 0–9, +, /). It is used to transfer data in JSON, email, and Data URIs in HTML/CSS.
