URL encoding/decoding (encodeURIComponent)
encodeURIComponent also encodes "&", "=", and "?". Use it for a search query value or another URL parameter.
encodeURI preserves URL delimiters, including "/", "?", and "&". Use it if you already have a complete URL.
RFC 3986 mode also encodes the characters “!”, apostrophe, parentheses, and “*”. A space becomes %20, “#” becomes %23, and “@” becomes %40.
Special characters (spaces, Cyrillic, &, =) must be encoded in a URL. Otherwise, the link may break or parameters may be passed incorrectly. encodeURIComponent encodes everything except -_.!~*'().
